Dear Friends, Thank you for visiting our memorial website for my husband Chao-Dong. I appeal for your kind donation to LEUKAEMIA & LYMPHOMA RESEARCH, a UK-based charity dedicated to improving the lives of patients with all types of blood cancer, including leukaemia. This is also a way to celebrate Chao-Dong’s happy, fulfilled life, and to commemorate the values by which he strove to live, and inspired others to live by. In the past two years, Chao-Dong had led our family, together with other friends’ families, to participate in the London Bikeathon to help the fundraising for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research. We had done the 26 mile cycling in London in the past. We had been thinking of taking the 52 mile challenge this year of 2013. Sadly, the aggressive leukaemia took my darling husband and children’s loving father away on 13th June 2013, at age of 50, two months after the diagnosis and fighting for the cure of the disease. We know that there are still a lot to be done in finding causes, improving diagnosis and treatments, and running groundbreaking clinical trials for all blood cancer patients. The research has saved and improved the lives of tremendous patients in the past. With your generous help they will be able to make a difference in facilitating such life-saving research.
